The Spanish Tax Agency offers a free mobile application designed for smartphones and tablets, enabling users to carry out various procedures and receive personal alerts and updates conveniently, securely, and without the need for travel.

The app provides a digital identity management system based on Reference Number, Cl@ve, or electronic certificate, ensuring secure access.

Available functionalities within the application include tax return management, scheduling appointments, paying or postponing debts, consulting liabilities, receiving notifications, document verification, virtual assistance tools, access to pre-arranged video calls, cadastral and fiscal address data, subscription to informational alerts, auction item searches, document signing, and viewing signed documents.

It facilitates access to information and offers the possibility of receiving updates on news and personal notifications.

To utilize these services, users must input personal information for login purposes, device identification, and to enable personalized services aligned with the agency's competencies. This involves interaction with the agency's servers; thus, users are informed that their data will be stored and processed within the agency’s servers at domains such as https://www1.agenciatributaria.gob.es and others listed. The data will be used solely to fulfill their tax obligations and rights and will not be shared with third parties except where permitted under article 95.1 of the General Tax Law.

The application includes a section with a legally compliant privacy notice and ensures proper protection of personal data. Some information will be stored or transmitted to the agency’s servers only within authorized domains. The agency guarantees that all personal data will be stored and processed securely for the necessary duration and solely for providing the aforementioned personalized services.
